About the memorial: Additional lettering to the wording on a family gravestone. The freestanding upright oblong limestone headstone has a swan neck pediment at the head, recessed sides and a spray of flowers in relief at the head, trailing down the sides. The inlaid inscription is in upright capital lettering. The headstone surmounts a plain oblong base and is accompanied by plain oblong kerbs. The memorial is north of the church, towards the western boundary of the churchyard.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
