About the memorial: An inscribed tower screen. The oaken screen occupies the full opening of the gothic tower arch. The lower half comprises three bays of panelling, the right bay of which is a door giving access to the tower. The styles and muntins are of square section and the lower third of the panelling contains blind tracery at the head while the upper two-thirds also contain blind tracery at the head but bears the applied inscription and names in blue upright capital decorative lettering with rubricated initials. The full width of the panelling has a concave moulding at the head above which the top half of the screen is glazed and contains small panes of obscured glass.
