About the memorial: A wall-mounted oblong brass plaque accompanied by two wooden brackets bearing brass vases. The plain brass plaque has an incised inscription in a decorative form of upright sentence-case gothic lettering coloured black. The brackets each comprise an oblong wall plate with rounded top, and a projecting shelf supported by a carved angel. The wall plates and shelves have cyma recta mouldings on the edges. The undecorated hemispherical vases have recessed lips and a collared base. The memorial is inside, on the north wall of the north aisle. Note that the double f's in the regimental names below are correct- it is an archaic manner of spelling (archaic by WW1!).
