About the memorial: A wall-mounted, framed and glazed roll of honour. The coloured roll has a border of bound laurels with flowers at the corners and a banner heading above a Union Flag with text on a ribbon. The inscription and names are in red, blue and black calligraphy and the printer's name is in the bottom right corner. It is on the west wall of the nave.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
