About the memorial: Additional wording to the inscription on a family gravestone. The tall limestone headstone has a pointed arch top, a plain border and a Latin cross incised at the head. The inscription is inlaid in mainly upright capital block lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with bevelled top and is accompanied by two recumbent oblong stone tablets bearing further inscriptions. It is north west of the church, next to the path near the western boundary.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
