About the memorial: Two nowy headed tablets with the Star of David at top with a wreath and ribbon. Names in four columns and the whole supported by a shelf and two pillars. Names in white lettering and regiments in blue. The memorial was formerly in the East London Synagogue in Nelson Street Stepney. It is now at Waltham Abbey Jewish Cemetery, presumably in the onsite synagogue.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
