It contains traditional motifs of Judaism and references to the persecution of the Second World War. The outer two panels are in blue and purple glass; the left contains allegorical symbols of the Bible (Jacob’s Ladder, a dove with an olive branch, a ram’s horn, a trumpet, and a menorah), and to the right are symbols of Passover (a wine glass and egg), Pentecost (the Torah scroll) and Tabernacles (palm and fruits). The central window, with bright red and orange tones, features the Burning Bush. Barbed wire and chains refer to concentration camps.
