About the memorial: Addition to a white marble gravestone on a family grave. The headstone is in the style of a scroll unfurled over a classical wall with a cornice at the head and attached fluted pillars at the sides. The scroll has an inlaid Christograph at the head, an inscription in several styles of lettering and a spray of flowers in relief at the foot. The headstone is on an oblong base with bevelled top and is accompanied by chamfered kerbs with a further inlaid inscription in upright capital lettering. The maker's mark is at the corner of the kerbs. It is south of the Church
