About the memorial: Addition to a grey granite gravestone on a family grave. The gravestone comprises a battered square pillar with hollowed top on a square base with bevelled top and with a small square capstone and is accompanied by kerbs. The incised and gilded inscription is on the four faces of the pillar in upright capital Roman lettering. It is at the Southern end of the churchyard.
