About the memorial: An addition to the lettering on a family gravestone which comprises a tall limestone headstone with a rounded arch top, a spray of foliage in relief in a roundal at the head, and trailing foliage in relief to the side borders. The inscription is inlaid in upright capital, mainly block, lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong limestone base with chamfered top. It is towards the middle of the northern boundary of the churchyard.
