About the memorial: An addition to the lettering on a family gravestone. The low grey polished granite headstone has a flat top with a raised panel on the battered face bearing an incised inscription in mixed case upright lettering.  The headstone is accompanied by a recumbent oblong sandstone tablet bearing a further inscription incised in upright capital roman lettering, and by oblong grey granite kerbs bearing a further inscription incised on a chamfer at the foot and the maker's name at the corner. It is southeast of the church, near the path
