About the memorial: A three light stained glass window accompanied by a stone tablet. The three lancet lights each have ogee heads and there are six small vertical panes of tracery above containing depictions of red flowers with green foliage. The left light portrays an angel with red wings and playing a plucked stringed instrument. Above the angel is a banner with the inscription GRAZIA. DEO. QUI. and below are flowers and the beginning of the inscription which extends over all three lights. The centre light has an angel with blue wings, holding palm leaves and standing in front of a wooden cross. The right light has an angel with red wings playing a pipe and above is a banner with the inscription DEDIT VICTORIA. It is In the north wall of the north aisle. On the wall below the cill is a grey limestone tablet with a plain border surrounding an incised inscription in black upright capital roman lettering.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
