About the memorial: A light grey stone tablet mounted on the wall above a coffin with horizontal statue. In addition there is a flag in a glazed frame which would probably not qualify a war memorial in its own right so is incorporated into this entry. He was a member of the family of the Dukes of Rutland and was serving as a regular soldier, having been commissioned in 1912.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
