About the memorial: A plaque placed by Dartford Borough Council on a new building which now occupies the spot where the Morning Star Pub once stood. The plaque commemorates the deaths of up to 27 people who lost their lives during an Air Raid when a High Explosive bomb made a direct hit on The Morning Star pub on 10 November 1940.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
