About the memorial: White marble tablet on black marble backboard. Decorative foliage at top and draped sword at base. Inscription in black lettering. Located inside St Andrews Church in Weybread, this marble tablet memorialising Lieutenant Jennings who was killed in action during action in India in 1860.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
