About the memorial: Wall-mounted wooden board. Divided into four panels with inscription above. Names and inscription in gilt lettering. The Church closed in 1971 and was demolished in 1975. It was then moved to the Abraham Ormerod Medical Centre in Todmorden until it closed, then to Christ Church until closure in 1992, and thence to the Town Hall.
