About the memorial: A large oak Communion Table with four metal panels on the front with the names of WW1 dead and a panel on one end for WW2.There is a full width inscription on the front and the four metal panels each have gothic arches and a cross. The conflict dates are at the top of side columns. Caution is required re provenance as this church congregation has been merged with several others over the years.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
