About the memorial: Two associated marble tablets, one for the first two sons. another for the third with continuity of inscription. Tablet 1: Wall and corbel mounted, nowy-headed, mould-edged tablet with raised crossed swords at top centre. Incised inscriptions infilled with blue and red paints. // Tablet 2: Associated wall mounted, landscape oriented, mould-edged tablet with a raised three-masted ship at the top left corner. Incised inscription infilled with black paint.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
