About the memorial: Roll of Honour in the west narthex of the church. It is a copy of the inscription and names originally on the war memorial cross (WMO/100003) in the village centre, but these are no longer properly legible. The IWM Register record for the cross refers to a framed dedication. I have counted this as a separate memorial as the church is about 150 yards up the (very steep) hill from the cross so is not obviously accessible to someone looking at the cross.

This Monument is erected in Remembrance and Gratitude to those Men of Tollard Royal and Rushmore who gave their all for King, for Honour and for Country, and their deeds inspire us to higher things. Their names liveth for Evermore. (Names and dates of death) (Very faintly at the bottom - This is a copy of the inscription and names on the Tollard Royal War Memorial.)
