About the memorial: Originally inside the church. When the church was demolished down to ~600mm height, the plaque was relocated, fixed to the top of the wall at the Apse end. Incised memorial on white limestone/marble, with a decorated and incised local slate surround. Size approx 2' x 18" [translation of inscription: {names}, members of this Church and soldiers in the Great War. The one died in France July 31st 1917, the other in the Land of Canaan November 1917 ]

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
