About the memorial: A memorial photograph album and stand, dedicated 14th February 1920 along with the bronze tablet (WMO/304775). From West Middlesex Gazette, 20th February 1920: 'The photographs were bound by Messrs. Kelly and Sons, London. On the cover of the album is a design with the words "Our Glorious Dead" in a wreath....The book stand is of oak, by Mr. C. Deacon of Windsor, it is a reproduction in woodcarving of the medallion which the Government is giving to all bereaved families with the adapted wording, "They died for freedom and honour," and on the name plate, "The Fifty-two Maypole Men." '

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
