About the memorial: Wall mounted portrait orientated brass plaque on a wooden backboard. A broad engraved decorative border with Canterbury cross and roundel design at each of the corners. A Latin cross through a coronet is at top centre, with the dedication and names in a single column below. All detail is incised and picked out in black, while some capital letters of the dedication are in red. Makers name is bottom right beneath the border. Previously in Brocklesby Park School, now a nursery.

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
