About the memorial: A small memorial in the churchyard of East Tuddenham, a village in mid-Norfolk, commemorates two brothers who died in the First World War, as well as their younger sister who had died as a child. The memorial was originally constructed for the grave of their sister, but as was common after World War I, names of fallen soldiers were added to family memorials. The memorial is a plain cross made of Portland stone, on a three stepped base. There are incised black enamelled inscriptions on all three steps. The grave is surrounded by a stone kerb which is filled with granite chippings.
