About the memorial: From IWM: 'Memorial garden with plaque on wall and a pair of ornamental gates leading to the cloister garth. The plaque bears the Regimental badge of the Northumberland Fusiliers at the top, and the 3rd Reconnaissance Regiment, 8th Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers at the bottom. Lettering is in Roman capitals, in relief and painted gold. The plaque is painted black. Gates bear the dates 1939 and 1945 in wrought iron and painted gold as decoration along the top. Two wooden seats were placed in 1997.'

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
