About the memorial: Memorial is on the west wall of the south aisle. Wall mounted portrait orientated, curve-headed marble backboard with incised line-scrolled overhanging shoulders and similar styled lower corners. Dual footed at base, each including two small recessed areas infilled with a gold coloured paint. Raised City Coat of Arms device at top of backboard. A portrait orientated marble tablet with protruding squared corners is attached to the backboard. Incised inscription and names infilled with a gold coloured paint. It is on the west wall of the south aisle. Believed to have previously been in the City Police Station, 5 Blue Boar Street, Oxford.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
