About the memorial: Situated in the Garden of Remembrance below Kirkburton Church opposite the George Inn Public House, Kirkburton. The Memorial is a stone cross with a crucifix and statue of St. George on a stepped hexagonal base with the names on the risers. The period commemorated is World War 1 and World War 2.
