About the memorial: The Catshill memorial is a three-stepped square base surmounted by a pedestal and the figure of a serviceman standing with arms reversed. The inscription is in black lettering on the sides of the pedestal. An additional plaque to record the Second World War fallen has been placed at the foot of the pedestal. Catshill is a village 2 miles from Bromsgrove.
