Comments:
Condition is good For now it is under threat of being demolished as the Stoll (was The Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation) have been in talks with Chelsea FC about selling part of the site that includes the memorial. Stoll are not making any conditions in the sale to protect the memorial, also there is no protection order on the memorial. Stoll have stated that they have no idea what Chelsea are going to do with the land. As Stoll are keeping some of the site but not the bit with the memorial on it both Stoll and Chelsea FC will be putting in a joint planning application for the redevelopment the land. No planning application has been made as of this time.
