Comments:
Some of the rose beds no longer have roses in them. Some beds have what looks like pampas grass, others have the remains of roses and other areas are bare. The roses towards the front of the garden seem OK and the grass has been trimmed. The paths leading to and from the paved area are very uneven with many weeds. The paved area also has weeds and the benches are still missing. One of the enclosing trees has come down and not yet been removed. The plaque dedicated to Air Raid Victims is clean and legible, and would be Good Condition on its own, but the garden and paths are Poor Condition. There is probably not much WMT can do about this - as well as commemorating all air raid victims, the garden is also the burial site of the 93 residents mentioned on the plaque.
