Comments:
Environment maintained and well managed. All lettering legible. There are two spots where small chips of stone have fallen from the memorial. One halfway up on column, the other on one of the four inscription panels at the base of column. Probably due to frost damage. Recommend a visit late 2018 or early 2019 to monitor these. All other aspects of structure in sound condition.
