Comments:
The plaque is slightly dirty and water streaked but is legible and secure. The clock face has about 59% of the gold paint (gilding?) missing but is legible. The hands are in good condition. On the date of the visit 25/10/2016) the clock was not working but I have since found that the clock is ok, the man who winds it is unwell.
