Comments:
The best that can be said is that it is still there. Frame broken, everything falling apart when moved, and the painting faded and dusty. I did not photograph it again as the 2008 photo, taken in the sunshine, remains accurate and I viewed it today in a dark and poky space. I gave the church the WMT web address and some thoughts on grants. But I did that 14 years ago with no result. At that time I was quoted hundreds of pounds to repair the frame alone. I am not optimistic.
