Comments:
Condition good to fair. The only problem seems to be discolouration, particularly on the plinth sides, and some lichen growth on the plinth and base. The wording and names on the upper plinth levels are more difficult to read, but the lettering otherwise seems in good condition. One of the wooden posts supporting the chain link surround has rotted and fallen.
