To my mind the condition does not cross the threshold of poor. It is structurally in good condition, but is certainly in need of a very good clean. On some of the WW1 faces (but not all) the names are in need of sharpening, but most are perfectly legible if not 'as new'. WW2 is fine as is the addendum tablet, although a railing has been placed with limited thought straight across the tablet thus impeding reading it at a glance
