Having reveiwed the recent photographs provided WMT feel it is appropriate to update the condition of the memorial to Fair. It is clear that the names are difficult to read because of their form. However, the names are listed on the information board. Inscriptions can only be sharpened a finite number of times and in this instance it is not felt that this would achieve a significant difference so WMT would not suggest this at this time. Ongoing monitoring would be useful.
