Comments:
Site visited September 2017. The gateposts appear well maintained and the ironwork appeared to have been recently painted. The gate hinges looked to be recently cemented and the bolts were new. The dedication panel on the left hand gatepost showed some signs of wear but was clear and legible. There is a new panel on the right hand gatepost inscribed with the names of the fallen which appears very recently installed. The information board on the left hand side refers to the St Briavels War memorial and Playing Field Committee but has no contact details. The sign on the wall on the right hand side displays logos for Fields in Trust and The Royal British Legion.
