Comments:
Memorial appears to be deteriorating with signs of corrosion around the edges of the plaque. The corrosion is also occurring around the rope and anchor badge and also around all of the lettering, making it difficult to read. The black paint is starting to flake away from some of the lettering. There is also a scratch to the plaque above the word "FLEET" again resulting in the onset of corrosion.
