Comments:
The plaque is well looked after. The church is open for services each Sunday and upon request. No sign of any damage or deterioration either in wood or on metal. All names are inscribed and then painted. Colour in good condition. Affixed to wall in its original position. St Cadocs is grade 2 listed.
