I am now inclined to agree with the 2017 Condition Report. There is a significant contrast between the clarity of my sunny 2014 photos and the rainy 2018 ones which might make it seem worse than it is. However, the fact is that I was better able to read the names on my photo than on the memorial itself when I took the photo.
