The 2014 photos on this page, and others seen online seem to suggest that the memorial is seriously discoloured and that the name panels are deteriorating. Purely from the photographs it seems on the borderline of Fair/Poor and would benefit from assessment by the WMT conservation team, and being added to the "Can you help" list for a site visit.
