This has now tipped the balance, in my opinion, between Fair and Poor. The White paint was stripped off a number of years ago (c2017/2018 from memory) and the metal bench is showing real signs of corrosion. Although the plaque is still legible the most telling comment I can make is that in 2014 I happened to notice the plaque as I walked past. That would not be the case now. I knew this was here and crossed the road to check on it, otherwise I would have walked on by oblivious
