David Wolfenden's 2025 photos seem to me to suggest Poor condition. The WW2 plaque is very stained. I wonder if the WW1 plaque is a replacement. The stonework seems very discoloured and in need of treatment. I may be too fussy, but it's worth WMT Conservation having a look.
