Comments:
The photos from 2015 and 2017 seemed a disputable basis for a "good" assessment, but those on the IWM Register seem much better, though the leaded lettering is certainly somewhat faded, It is possible that the earlier photos were taken in the rain, but they did seem to show discolouration of the stone which the IWM photos did not have.
