Comments:
Memorial has evident Lichen growth obscuring the names on the memorial and so the reading of these. There are fractures to each of the four corners of the Memorial and the concrete plinth is failing, particularly to the south east corner. There is evidence of slight settlement to the stone step, particularly the two shorter sections at the eastern and western sides, with that to the west showing a slight fracture. It is uncertain whether the Memorial is safe in its present condition without further assessment.
