Comments:
Although all the text can still be read, some of it is becoming indistinct. All joints appear to still be mortared but repointing is required in some areas particularly the collar of the cross, which may be at risk (a more professional assessment is required). The surrounding paving, which was buried, is mostly flat but appears to have been created with whatever was to hand, leaving an uneven and very unattractive surface.
