Comments:
I am erring on the strict side to ensure that a WMT specialist sees it. The memorial is structurally sound apart from some minor mortar loss. But some of the inscriptions are very hard to read, notably those which would have been most exposed to road pollution and to the elements before the hedge was grown. There is a lot of moss and lichen and a few weeds growing on it, and the stone is significantly discoloured. But it was the inscription and names I was most concerned about.
