Comments:
The lettering in the central, upright panels is now a bit worse than shown in the 2016 photos. By contrast, the incised names on the horizontal side panels are black-painted and very clear. It seems probable that the side panels were added at a later date given their lack of weathering. Thanks go to library staff for facilitating access.
