Comments:
The war shrine at St Agnes Church was dedicated in 1917, but was reported to have become delapidated by 1926 (Acton Gazette, 12th November 1926). St Agnes Church had become a Salvation Army Citadel by 1922 and a factory by 1929. Today the building is a nursery and preschool. The shrine stood outside the east end of the building, where a doorway has since been created.
