Comments:
The Burlington Road Health Centre was demolished c.1997 and the site was redeveloped as a residential care nursing home. It was proposed that two dedication stones, laid by Viscount Burnham in 1926 and Viscountess Astor in 1930, should be retained and incorporated in the new building, but it's not clear if this happened (Slough Planning website references P/08547/001 and 002).
