Originally on a Wall at City Hospital Plymouth, which was renamed Freedom Fields Hospital when the hospital became part of the NHS in 1948. Freedom Fields Hospital was demolished and replaced with Residential Housing and the Memorial was taken to Derriford Hospital. (There is a replica at the original site inscribed FREEDOM FIELDS HOSPITAL.)
